Etzold-Duvenhage is a fulltime member firm of the “AEA International Lawyers Network”, the “Justinian Lawyers Network”, and the “Cross Border Business Lawyers” (“CBBL”), and hence is able to rely on its network members to offer legal services on an international scale. CBBL is the only worldwide network of German-speaking commercial law firms abroad. All are international networks of offices situated all over the world. In a world that is globalising by the hour, the objective of these Associations is to offer services on a global scale. Since August 2024, Etzold-Duvenhage became a member of the German “Institut für Erbrecht”, a network of national and international association of specialists in inheritance and inheritance tax law offering professional advice on inheritance cases or rules relating to estate planning across national borders.
