Jana-Marié Barkhuizen graduated from the North-West University in 2012 after which she joined the firm. She was admitted as a legal practitioner in the High Court during 2014 and became a partner during 2016. She has further been admitted to appear in the Supreme Court of Namibia in 2017 and appointed as a Notary Public in 2019.

Her practice comprises of 3 major departments:

• Firstly general civil litigation (High Court and Magistrate’s Court);
• Secondly she has vast experience in divorce, custody and maintenance matters and;
• Thirdly, she has an extensive debt collection department (High Court and Magistrate’s Court).
